Leintwardine Open Gardens

Leintwardine, west of Ludlow, Herefordshire

12 am to 6.00pm

There will be some 12 gardens open, varying in both size and style. Some are large and imposing, others smaller and more intimate, concentrating more on planting. Five of the gardens will not have been open to the public before.

Refreshments will be available in the Community Centre and also in some of the open gardens. The History Society will open their renowned Visitor Centre with its fascinating collection of material relating to Leintwardine from its period of Roman occupation through to more recent times.

All profits will go to the Community Centre whose committee are organising the event.

Plant sales:
Plants will be on sale in several gardens.

Cost:
£6.00 to cover entry for both days, children under 15 will be free.

How to get event passports:
Tickets will be available from Griffiths Garage and the open gardens themselves.
