The Old House has been a home for more than 400 years (Grade 11 listed), right in the heart of the village in this quiet and rural part of Britain. The recent restoration resulted in a high quality and standard of accommodation and a wonderful atmosphere, with views to our church and over the green.

This is beautiful countryside: go for walks, use one of our bicycles, see history on the Black and White Village Trail or at National Trust properties close by, visit old market towns like Leominster, Hereford, Ludlow and Hay-On-Wye, enjoy the spectacular scenery of Wales.

Accommodation for our guests consists of a double room with en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with its own private bathroom. Each room has a colour TV/DVD, radio with CD-player, WiFi and coffee/tea making facilities. Cot and high chair available.

Meals are all AGA cooked, and served in the dining room or garden. Full English Breakfast is included. A three course evening meal of the day can be served on request. Exciting vegetarian or vegan options by arrangement.

For the brave there is an opportunity to take a dip in our new natural swimming pond.
