The Old Railway Tavern, Bucknell
The Old Railway Tavern is a 200 year old former inn located in Bucknell, a picture perfect village with gently flowing stream and village green. It retains many of the original beams and exposed stonework, with tasteful furnishings, all adding to the character and charm.  There’s a butcher next door, convenience stores, pubs and the riverside walk just steps away. Two double bedrooms with king sized beds and beautiful revealed stone walls make this a perfect property to take a break with friends. A third bedroom with 2 single beds means that you don’t have to leave the kids at home.

The lounge is stylishly furnished with a wood burner to make the room cosy on chillier evenings. This is no cramped holiday style accommodation – you have a dining room too, which also enjoys an open fire. There is a well equipped kitchen, and refurbished beer cellar for storing the muddy walking boots.
