Rocke Cottage Tea Rooms, Abcott, Clungunford, Shropshire
Step back in time and enjoy a traditional afternoon tea at the Rocke Cottage Tearooms. Set in a beautiful 400 year old house, it is a traditional tearoom decorated in the style of the 1930s and ‘40s with interesting adverts, magazines and prints on the walls. Period music is played in the background.

A delicious selection of home made cakes and scones as well as light breakfasts, lunch and of course the traditional afternoon teas.

The menu is presented with reference to nursery rhymes to further enhance the feeling of a bygone era, @Oranges and Lemons say the Bells of St Clemens’ consists of lemon drizzle cake or St Clemens cake served with aromatic Lady or Earl Grey Tea. The full tea ‘Polly put the Kettle On’ is a particular treat, and includes sandwiches, cakes, scone, crumpets and tea.

The tearooms are open form 10.00am to 5.00pm Wednesday to Sunday and Bank Holidays.
