Shobdon Half Term Holidays

Half Term holidays in Shobdon 

There is always plenty to do at half term in Shobdon, Mortimer Country.  Stay at one of Shobdon Mortimer Country’s historic farmhouses & B&B’s and join in the fun

Halloween, Bonfire night, Half term in October/November

Celebrate autumn in Shobdon with lots of local events; ghost tours at Croft Castle, Halloween crafts and cider making all over the area.    Take an autumn walking holiday in Shobdon with Wheely Wonderful Cycling along the mortimer Trail.  Or take advantage of the last few rays of Autumn sunshine in Shobdonand encourage your children and teens out into the fresh air.

Oaker Wood Leisure near Leominster have some great Multi- Activity Days for 7-12 year olds  Activities will include a range from Climbing, Zip Wires, Halloween Hide and Seek, Fire Building, Target Shooting together with some special Halloween Woodland activities. 

St Valentines and February half term

Stay at a romantic B&B, and eat a special meal at one of  Shobdon restaurants or inns who specialise in Valentines eve dinners.  Or chose a tandem cycllng holiday from Wheely Wonderful Cycling, with an overnight stop at a Michelin starred country inn.  Or follow the visit the romantic ruins of some of our amazing castles - Wigmore Castle and Hopton Castle.
