Willey Lane Farm in the quiet, unspoilt countryside of North West Herefordshire, close to the Welsh border, overlooking the village of Lingen, offers convenient access to the towns and villages of Herefordshire, Powys and Shropshire and to the Mortimer Trail and Offa's Dyke footpath. Presteigne, the Town of Festivals, is the nearest town (2.5 miles) and has a range of shops, restaurants and public houses.

The delightful medieval market town of Ludlow with its all year round calendar of events and national gastronomic reputation is about half an hour away. The city of Hereford is about 45 minutes, as are the black and white villages of North Herefordshire.

The farmhouse, the oldest part of which is reputed to be some 300 years old, has a wealth of exposed old oak beams and framing and a guest sitting room with an inglenook. The accommodation, all on the first floor, is all en-suite and each room has tea/coffee making facilities, colour television and hair dryer. Two bedrooms have French windows providing direct access to the garden. Traditional English breakfast is served in our large conservatory, which also has a comfortable sitting area and lovely views over our land, a haven for wildlife.
